CSR - PATIENT CHAMPION
The Customer Service Representative, Patient Champion is responsible for retaining client loyalty and referrals by consistently delivering clear, efficient and valuable support to all callers.
As a CSR, Patient Champion you will:
-Make outbound calls to schedule patients in a timely manner to ensure that internal and external metrics are met
-Provide best in class customer service to all callers
-Work on cases that require investigation for missing information that is necessary to schedule patients for their initial evaluations
-Bachelor s degree strongly preferred; High school diploma / GED required.
-Solid MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
-Strong data entry skills
-Keyboarding 45 50 wpm no errors.
-Detail oriented and solid organizational skills
-Ability to think critically; work independently and as a team member
-Is someone who strives to be empathetic and passionate in their work with patients
