$21-24/hr, Full Time, Contract HR Coordinator. Our Media client is in need of a Contract Coordinator to help in their HR department.

The Contract Coordinator will assist with:
- Creating agendas for meetings
- Managing the process internally for interviews
- Posting positions as needed
- Acting as Receptionist to sign visitors in and out
Contract Coordinator requirements:
- Strong Administrative skills
- Must have a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Persuasive and successful with follow up and obtaining goals
- Experience with Recruitment is a plus
