$20-22//hr, Temp possible Temp to Hire Administrative/Logistics Assistant. Our Boothwyn client is seeking a fill in for a maternity leave that could transition into a Permanent Full Time position. The position will start out as Part Time (M-W-F) to Full Time (M-F) and back to Part Time to transition the Permanent employee back into the position.

The Administrative/Logistics Assistant will:
- Act as a liaison between other sites in Europe for orders, update on delivery dates, meeting coordination, etc
- Monitor, process and manage customer, inter-company and vendor orders
- Help to coordinate international & domestic shipments of goods via various carriers
- Perform general administrative duties such as greeting clients and vendors, mail distribution, answering the main phone line & shipping and receiving
Administrative/Logistics Assistant requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended lengths of time
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constant changes
- 1-3 yrs Administrative support experience with MS Office proficiency (knowledge of Share Point CRM and MS Dynamics Navision is a plus
- Experience with Domestic and International logistics or in the Equipment/Manufacturing Industry is a plus
