BOOKKEEPER - PART TIME
The Part Time Bookkeeper will assist with:
- Processing and recording daily cash receipts, disbursements and payroll transactions
- Maintaining the General Ledger and handling cash management duties
- Entering invoices into Sage50
- Processing bi-weekly payroll
- Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger
- Associates degree in accounting or business administration supplemented by courses in accounting. Bachelor s degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of Sage50 accounting software preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal/client service skills
- MUST maintain confidentiality at all times
