TEMP Help Desk II: Blue Bell area: $17/hr
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot applications for hardware and system compatibility issues
- Analyze and identify trends in issue reporting
- Document problems and recommend constructive improvements
- Maintain first level rate of resolution
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift about 20 lbs
- Knowledge Windows Operating Systems
in addition to DNS, WINS, DHCP, AND TCP/IP
- Expertise with VMWare, ThinApp, and similar technologies
