As a Customer Care Specialist You will ...
Provide timely customer service follow up and coordinating case management and will be supporting clients' employees through inbound & outbound calls, composing & responding to email, and returning voicemail.
In addition, the Customer Care Specialist will provide support through projects for the Benefits Administration teams. Majority of the day (85%) is handling request regarding health and welfare concerns.
This Customer Care Specialist will gather, documents and update client information as needed.
Excellent data entry, communication skills, and solid computer literacy are a must.
Candidate must be an experienced customer service professional with 2+ years of customer service experience
Show empathy towards others as you will be dealing with benefit information with call center experience preferred.
